Thread: Leery Lulu's Nacho Chili Meltio.

After last week's Chili Con Carne with Baked Nacho n Cheese n Jalapenos, the main Mrs asked for something similar.


Quick n sleazy Nacho Chili Melt.


Quick n sleazy as long as ya have the chili already cooked.




Layering.









First layer done.

Dunno why ze camera on me phone randomly changes from 2160p to 720p, then back again.


Reckon it got hacked, just like me TD account. :/

Shop bought tortilla chips? Shame on you... looking good so far though.

Second layer:



Each layer is nachos, chili con carne, salsa, diced cherry maters, nions, and penos.



Grated cheese and oregano.



2nd layer done and bunged in me oven for 8 minutes.

So, 17 beers later it's done.




Topped with more diced maters, nions and penos, cream cheese as opposed to sour cream, both because it's a good substitute and me local Tops are understocked koonts.
