Made up a new batch of Pesto Luigio today, so did some tasty pork loins.

Slather onto yer loins, refrigerate for the day, and remove an hour before cooking.
Some olive oil, crushed garlic, herbs and black pepper in an oven dish and bake on low for 30 mins while you drink wine.
