Any suggestions on a price point in ฿ that would be acceptable for both locals and foreigners for a bacon butty ?

Says 79 baht on the menu next to me for a bacon butty
I'm aware that 99฿ would be a max for off the street for high quality produce.
Dillinger is closer to the mark which would allow for a tip with change.
฿260/kg for Back Bacon free from chemicals is acceptable.
Few years back there was one of those motorbike mobile kitchens selling them around Pattaya for 80/120 Baht (regular and large size) but it didn't last long. There's about 100 Kebab stands and mobile kitchens around town and 60 Baht chicken Kebabs are the choice of most pissheads...
The bacon and sausage looks good.
If you're a rasher man mus be a niche .
The bread roll while fresh looks very white /industrial?
A burger bun or french baguette style would look better
Most Brits will require a good brown sauce, the debate over Daddies AI or HP is endless
If you allow drunks self service and they pour a quarter of a bottle your profits gone.
I'd happily pay 200-300 for one right now provided came on a day glo plastic hand woven mat !
Good luck with it,
P.S. It's easy to discount e.g. happy hour 2 for 1 Fridays but punters hate prices going up start 89 likley they'll leave 11 baht change I would.
Can you make a profit @ 100 baht depends on overheads/bungs
Whichever shape the bread takes will be made to spec by a professional and ordered in as will the bacon which will be free of chemicals.
I believe in eating good clean home cooked food.
Teakdoor punters for over a year now have been consuming home baked pies with a crust that you would kiss an old soak for.
The best pies in the whole of Asia for half the price of a bacon roll.
You can't beat a food naming competition on TD.
Name that bacon saaanie , business name winner gets it all. My nomination is,
Patta Sow butty
Domain is sorted which is registered.
Delivery countrywide is simple as I work with the best distribution.
Not sure I could handle a competition right now as I'm up to my eyes with other projects.
How would that wash with the domestic market ?
What should a butty be in your opinion ?
First rule of Butty club. If you don't know what a butty is, don't post a thread calling it a butty. A tip though - a butty does not have a bread roll involved!
A competition may not be such a bad idea after all.
Entering with that, in a butty competition, you would be disqualified.
