2tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
grind of pepper
grind of salt
pinch of sugar
6 tbsp of hot water.
some dried chilies and one stewed chitty.

Can dip in mayonnaise and eat as a Thai tapa or continue to cook.
First, stir fry yer cashews and remove.
They prolly take 20 seconds. :)
Then the chili.
They take less time.
Then your chicken.

Oil in yer wok and start with yer garlic, then yer onions, then yer peppers.

Little bit of water if the wok dries up.
Then in with yer sauce.
Let it thicken.
Then in with yer chicken, cashews and chili.
Turn off the heat. add the bulby part of yer spring onion.
Onto the serving plate and add the leafy part of the spring onion.
