Hah ... you scoff so lightly at one of my food staples when I was a child!

Mustard indeed ... must be a Yank.

Tomato Sauce is the only accepted condiment.

^^^LOL David48! Where do you find that clown meat? As a kid I don't think I'd have liked my sandwich meat looking back at me.

    Da Vincis' Kitchen.
Where each dish is a work of art.

You could name the dishes after famous paintings. For example the Salvator Mundi. Have the pic on the menu but replace the crystal orb in Christs left hand with the burger.

Get this, The Last Supper, enough to feed all your deciples. Or how about any number of Madonna themed platters. Example; Madonna of the Carnation. Or how about La belle ferronniere. Lord knows I'd love to eat one.

Good luck with your little contest. Oh, and don't forget about the fish burger, yes give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day.

I am the fat bastard? Did I not read correctly that you shoveled down a 400 gram burger? 80/20 has the best flavor. Try it you won't go lean again.

I suggest you call this "Chittys incipientheart attack burger". Its fatty pork, cooked in 84% saturated fat, with a side order of fat (aka "mayo").

To round it out you have processed carbs, and "fruit in sugar syrup".

That "clang" sound you hear will be your arteries slamming shut.

I'll have me some of that rhubarb with custard, thanks.

    And a salad roll.

Not sure about the pork chop. Can I exchange it for a lamb chop?

Minced lamb and lamb burgers are sold all over the place. I bought some lamb burgers from Sainsbury's today.

Not expensive, lamb mince there was about 4 quid a pound. 3 quid in Morrisons, 2.50 for 4 lamb quarter pounders there.

Go for it. This is how it's done.

    Get lamb mince
    Make patties
Griddle 3 minutes each side on super hot griddle
Stick between some kind of bun
    Season
    Eat

    Same as all other burgers

For some reason all the supermarket lamburgers have mint added. I reckon that's either because people who work for supermarkets don't know the difference between griddle and roast or have no taste buds. Experience says its the latter.

I'd call it "Fuck, where did the beef mince go!" burger!

Yeah, they're more like rissoles, but still, there's no harm in a rissole burger.... it's all beef, innit.

    Definitely need non-lean meat.
I think a burger patty needs extra-fine ground meat.
