Lulu and Geeta's Tandoori Chicken Terrifico.

Made up this batch yesterday and as Beer O'clock was 30 minutes ago, it's about time to fire up the ol' battery powered Hello Kitty Oven.

Cut to the bone and doused in lime juice.

    Bless her.

Wonder if her vagina tastes like Tikka Masala.

Then move on down an inch or two for some Vindapoo.

    Yum.

Yogurt, tomato paste, olive oil, lime juice and few of my own spices - masala, cumin, chili and paprika.

Been marinating for 27 hours so should be nice n' tasty.

    To be continued.

Fair play to Luigi. He is a dab hand with the presentation and the garnish.

And Niddy ... you've nailed it.

Sort of like a TV Cooking Show, without the judges.

From this side of the screen, it matters naught what the food tastes like, it's all about the presentation ... the look.

Luigi does it better then most/many on the Forum. And fair play to him.

Certainly livens up the Forum and adds colour to it.

Heck, I'm almost inspired to don the Apron ... almost .

Yeah, I bet he doesn't deliver either.

I'll have to put up with another bleedin' sandwich for dinner this evening.

Was it a bit dry? Im no Tandoori expert, but every time I've had it its been dry as hell.

Is it supposed to be like that?

    Looks great though.

    Nope. Was nice and moist.

Probably due to the deep slits that were soaked in lime juice and marinated in the wet sauce for 27 hours, and the butter basting while cooking.
