    Lulu's Jalapeno Hummus Vadge-Tastico.

Don't have to collect the Sproglette from her school today, so dedicating the day to cooking, drinking beer, eating, knocking out Narcos Series 1 and the 4 part History of Britain, drinking beer, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and quite possibly a side of Fighting with people on the internet.

    Step One.

Get a Chilli Con Carne on the go in the slow cooker for dinner.

Tips - Slowly saute the dried herbs with the garlic and onions for 10 mins at the start, this will release their oils. Add 2 squares of dark chocolate as the final ingredient.

    Step 2.

Jalapeno Hummus to go with lunch.

Jalapenos make everything tastier. Especially hummus.

Garlic, black peppercorns, cumin seeds and corriander seeds. Toast in the oven for 10 mins. The aroma is sex for the nostrils.

Paste with yer lime juice, olive oil, chick peas, salt.

    Magnifico.

Will be served for lunch with tandoori styled chicken - been marinading over night -
    Nan bread and a salsa.

I'm sure a trade for some of those Magic Moon Cakes of yours could be agreed.

Plenty of YouTube videos out there. Just copy what they do and you'll get the same result. That's how I learned to cook Thai food.

Bugger posting photos of it on here though. Seems pointless.

Tahini reminds me of peanut butter here, there's only imported stuff at silly prices, when all you do is stick the cheap raw ingredient here into a blender with a few other cheap n easy ingredients.

Someone needs to make local peanut butter and tahini and wholesale it to the supermarkets. They could undercut the imported stuff by 50% and still make a killing.
