Ciabatta, mozzarella, basil, 2 types of water cress (Rocket also works well), cherry tomatoes and red pepper sliced and about to be tossed in olive oil and Italian herbs before roasting.
Chicken breast rubbed in coconut oil with cracked black pepper and thyme, then pan-fried.
Leave to cool before pulling apart with forks.
For the love of Lulu don't cut it.
Lightly toast your ciabatta, then start topping - mozzarella, chicken, torn basil, watercress, roasted red peppers and tomatoes, water cress, cracked black pepper and sea salt, splash on balsamic and drown in olive oil.
You'll be getting a sofa BJ during movie time.
