There are 2 or 3 companies that will pack pies in dry ice and post them anywhere in Thailand, for a price, which is fair enough.

Overnight delivery by post is what I'm testing with 4 pies.
NOT EMS as it takes forever where standard reg mail is next day.
The pies are solid enough when frozen and with some foil bubble wrap should be okay when delivered.
If I can manage to get cricket bats to Londonderry by boat in 7 days, overnight pies should be a sinch.
