    In the states, and I'm sure the UK and basically anywhere else thats a half decent restaurant, theres an appliance in the kitchen called the overhead salamander.

    You just fucking discovered that your oven actually has this unit built in.

    With this information, try to do something better than salted chicken FFS.

    Imagine the possibilities.
