Sounds like you're giving him an out.

Reads to me like Harry just discovered the oven.
Better than Jeff who has yet to figure out fire.
Maybe, but the more important issue is what the fuck has harry been cooking for himself all these years?

How could be make it to be a grown ass adult and not know how to roast some fucking chicken?

Well apart from the ejaculation bit that signals some kind of repressed homosexuality on your part, you're on the right lines.

However, if you haven't tried it, your opinion, as usual, is worthless.

So you were serious about this thread.

Yes, I have made roasted chicken and eaten it ffs the shocker is that you haven't.

Harry puts salt on the chicken. Harry puts chicken in broiler. Harry takes the chicken out of the broiler.

    Harrys reaction:

^It is. It's basically having the top element of your oven on high, placing a baking tray or grill rack with whatever food on it near the top, and leaving the oven door open for the cooking process. It's a great way to cook - steaks and fish really lend themselves to the method - but the heat generated is akin to having a blazing fireplace in your home!.

Harry's chicken comes to the table witch crispy skin and moist meat...

    ...that's the bit you're missing.

Chicken with crispy skin and moist tender meat is not exactly a new concept in the culinary world though.

I look forward to you posting an alternative recipe that achieves the same results with such simplicity then.

It's evident that the critics on this thread are those that consider lobbing a load of chips into a litre of Mazola to be a culinary masterpiece.
