Alton Brown does the same as I recall, that's how he lost a lot of his weight.

All out of greens CCC, but that looks great. You blue cnut.

My missus makes me a fresh apple juice when I come back from the gym and it's fantastic. It does make me wonder what possesses the locals in SE Asia to add shit loads of sugar to their fresh juices though, thus making them barely drinkable and likely to rot your teeth. Eurgh.

More calories in that then Bacon and eggs on toast so if it is for weight loss forget it but is healthy enough and I'm sure it tastes great.

That's a lot of milk. Don't drink the stuff myself, and aren't raw eggs an excellent source of salmonella?

Your body needs some natural fat.
If I was hardcore Rocky stylee, i'd put 6 raw egg whites in there and use skimmed milk.
They're blueberry skin flakes not seeds, good for roughage and a white knuckle seat gripping turnout 1 hrs later.
Might go on the Rocky diet tomorrow, just in case

Ran a half marathon yesterday, just on a whim.

Finished at the Co-Op and popped in for a Chocolate Frijj. Then, because that didn't quite hit the spot, I made myself two wholemeal slices of toast topped with avocado and cherry tomatoes.

Still hungry I ventured to wetherspoons where I tanned two pints of IPA and desparately wolfed my way through an original gourmet burger which came served with both chips and onion rings. I rounded this little repast off with half a tube of Pringles, a Ripple and best part of a bottle of Chilean Merlot.

I then spent the rest of the evening parting with bawdy bursts of flatulence, sucking on a can of Kronenberg, and watching Tom Jones make a tit out of himself on The Voice.

Yesterday was very hit and miss.

Negative. It started at my front door and finished at the local Co-Op.

Negative. The last time I was homosexual was circa 2007 down some repugnant Bangkokian sub soi — I mistook and man for a women and decided that, in this instance, I'd overlook the penis; almost literally, as it happened.

Best to keep your own counsel on that, Slap. People here will never forget it.

You're going to be running your own half marathon when your missus sees your holiday snaps.
I will be spectating around Sukhumvit 93 that's about the 2 mile mark for you.

Oh come on, chaops. There's nowt wrong with a bit of buggery.

Anyway, away from all the muck - I'm glad you brought up healthy eating, because I won't be doing any at all for a week or so at end of March.

Stay tuned for Spain to Sidcup (or there abouts), chaps.

1.50 odd - it was a training run.

Racing in a fortnight. Looking to run under 1.45.

But at the same time I'm also looking to drink four pints of kronenbourg this evening, so we'll see...
