Luigi's Salmon Farfalles and Roasted Herb Tomatoes.

The side of Roasted Herb Tomatoes and Yellow Bell Pepper.

Yellow Capsicum and garlic first for 10 minutes. Low heat.

The aroma of slow roasting yellow capsicum is simply divine.

Then chuck in yer maters. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, balsamic and Italian herbs.

20 minutes later with some ripped basil.

A decent side dish with lightly toasted bread, or stirred into pasta. Easily keeps in a jar in the fridge if looking to do up a big batch.

    Salmon Farfalles.

600grm Norwegian Salmon, use about 400gr of the pasta.

Cube the salmon before cooking. Pan fry with some bell pepper, throw into the cooked farfalles with a fokload of extra virgin olive oil, lime juice and grated rind, s+p and basil.

    Decent, tasty meal.

I like the majority of your recipes. Nice ingredients and not entirely too difficult to pull off. I will add some of my own recipes down the line as well. Oddly enough I am doing salmon tomorrow so will give my take on how I do it.

It seems I can't post pictures. Is this because i am a newbie?

I never cook burgers at home. It's a once or twice a month indulgence for me...

More nasty farmed salmon. That injected color is a dead giveaway. Disgusting.

Local fare [fish] might be acceptable quality over old imported crap.

I'll stick with the imported crap Jeff. Can't be any lesser quality than Thai fish. Thailand is known to use formaldehyde in keeping fish and vegitables fresh(?) longer.

Formalin or formaldehyde was recently reported contaminated in several fresh food both meats and veggies in many of Thai’s fresh markets around Thailand by random inspections.

Formaldehyde is known that absolutely forbidden using for food, which one will be charged in food contamination that 2 year-imprison and/or 20,000 THB fine.

Sorry for going off thread Luigi. It's Jeff's fault.

Looks like a nice tasty meal, Luigio, and due to the bow-tie pasta bits, especially good for metro sexual males and their male partners.

Didn't. Still bound to Bkk, for the time being, unfortunately. Just go to CM for motorbiking holidays. Or at least I used to.

I've a condo up there that for some reason drives the Lulutards nuts.
