lemon/lime juice with a little sugar syrup, add soda water, a bashed lemongrass stalk (think celery in Bloody Mary) and slices of chilli (with seeds) to taste. Yum. The ultimate hangover drink.

Great one Sabang; greenie coming at ya.

    e. g.
I had it at the Savoy Grill once.

    Another nice one-
Slice a sharpish apple, such as a Granny Smith.
    Enjoy with aged Cheddar.
Hot apple pie with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese.

Mashed potatoes with fresh cracked pepper and sweetened rice wine vinegar. Mix in a can of tuna if you like. It's a stripped down version of a Spanish potato salad I make.

    AND another one 'stumbled' into:

Vanilla Ice cream and Sang Som... quite nice actually, cuts the kerosene taste out of the Sang Som.
