    Healthy Diet any recipes

As bits stop working what is a healthy diet

At present I've tried substitutes fro the Ulster Fry which is basically the Full Engrish with added grease.

Wheatgerm, Smoothies raw carrots I'll leave to the herbivores,I'm not seeking heroin chic on the catwalk but maybe give the arteries a flush

Most diet books articles are about weightloss and how to get into that bikini ( idiscoverd after a while wrestling with the straps how to do that a while back)

No I'm thinking healthy but tasty

I do like salads but on these coolish 14 degree days somethin hot

    Lentil soup
    Veggie Curry?
Pasta and Pesto all favourites and wife makes excellent Pizza, anyone know where to source firebricks up North to build a woodfired Oven?

Then I read about quinoa cilantro and polenta and all manner of interesting stuff I cannot source here.

I'd planned my Years menu upon 100 pies divided into 365 with a sachet of ketchup from KFC but obviously a radical rethink kneaded

I've bought polenta in a supermarket in Thailand. Cilantro is a common ingredient in Thailand.

Make your own veg soup. Most soups offer no satiety at all unless you make your own.

Just use a stock, chicken veg, etc, throw in some diced spuds, cabbage, grated carrot and whatever you fancy. Very filling and healthy. Even more so if you use organic.

Add some chilli and chicken breast for a chicken and veg soup dish.

In my younger days, I consumed mega-doses of vitamins. It was splashed all over the health magazines. I could even buy wholesale. My experience is that, unless you get your kicks from urinating at great expense - DON'T.
The old fashioned program of exercise, moderation in everything, don't worry, good relationship; early to bed; early to rise is a difficult regimen to beat.
