    Luigi's BBQ'd Bacon Buffalo Burgers.

Was told to do burgers tonight.

    Ma'am, yes Ma'am.

Keeping relatively basic, with a smidgen of Italian herbs and black pepper, small shallot and 2 cloves of garlic finely minced. Breadcrumbs and some beaten egg so the cheap 800 grams of buffalo meat doesn't fall apart.

    Plan to BBQ, add cheese.

    Then fried bacon.

then some onions fried in bacon fat.

    Then BBQ Sauce.

Then tomato and lettuce in a toasted bun smathered with Hellman's.

Served with Hallelujah's Famous Wedges and fokin' copious amounts of beer.

I'm off this afternoon as well....

I sampled Burger Bros lamb burger Thursday night and I'm hooked. I going to buck the establishment and suggest that ground lamb makes the perfect burger.

Looking forward to the pics! Don't forget to make the mix, roll up your meat into balls, so to speak and let them come together in the fridge for a couple of hours before cooking.

If I'm cooking over the hob, its a one if five for me..if you go to the car accessories places in the mall, they sell cleaning rags usually for 4-5 for 100B.

Not a fan of lamb but I might give it a try if I am in the neighborhood.

Flipped and about to be cheese'd.

The onions lightly fried in bacon fat go down well.

    The Hallelujah Wedges are tops.

Fook that looks good! The chips look great.

What was the sauce you used?

The chips look great, did I mention that? I would have had a small ramikan of sauce to dip the fries in....

    How did they taste?

Tasted great, I won't be changing from Hallelujah's method anytime soon.

Had two small bowls of BBQ Sauce and mayonnaise next to them for the wedges.

One of the heathens had ketchup.

Cheers mate. Wouldn't be bad after a few cold, dark ones.

Be loving it...Great burgers are despairing, in a way...

Hard to take a bite, ya know?...

I squash them down with the heel of my hand as close to "eatable" as I can...

    Alas...

    haha.

Important to hold them over the wedges/fries and not your new pants.

It's a lesson we all learn.
