    Flaming chicken legs..

    Tonight's fiesta of flaming fiery chicken legs served with a garlic pepper gravy and some crinkly chips.

    Marinade the legs in a experimental concoction of these sauces..


    Peal the skin back over the bone for a crispy handle and bang in the oven on high for 45 mins..


    Blend the garlic and pepper into the gravy sauce and simmer..


    Served with crinkly chips on the side..


    Went down a treat, something different. The gravy got a "100 out of 10"


    TD sauce is optional.

    Doesnt look to pretty. Didnt pulling the skin down like that dry out the meat? Skin usually keeps all the juices from cooking out.

    Could have done with a bit of colour/spice, like a brushed on paprika-soy marinade, but that's just my 2 Baht's worth.
