    Chitty's Mega Thai Burger!

    Here's my Thai wife's home made burgers in pictures..

    Ingredients : 1 Garlic
    1 kg of freshly minced steak
    A nice set of baps
    Assorted salad
    Secret recipe of sauces, herbs and spices(PM for details and payment methods)



    In to the pan..



    Served with chips..

    A traditionalist would say that at the most, only salt and pepper should be added to the mince and that only at the time of cooking ..... having said that I've been known to add to the mince myself.

    -37 points, the secret herbs and spices weren't evebly distributed throughout the mince....

    +218.23 points for burgers that look perfectly seared, with a wonderful presentation and great looking toppings.

    After having a 2nd look that not a bad looking burger as there is no beetroot
