Chicken Tikka Masala, the easy way

For this dish all you need is some sort of pasta stuff, water, salt, and a friend called "big joe".

Boil up the old water and chuck some salt in there, not sure why as all that does is up the boiling temperature, but it seems to be important, once the water is stuck on the stove chuck the old chicken tikka masala in the old microwave to defrost for 15 minutes, here's a pic of the stuff you need.

The water will take a few minutes to boil and then you can chuck in the old pasta, now at this stage of the game you have 11 minutes to spare, so now's the time for a quick bj or whatever else may take your fancy, I mean you dont want to watch this going round and round and round and round etc etc etc etc etc.

Now "big joe" is the local curry man, he also does other stuff that I haven't bothered buying, what gets me is why are all chefs called big ?????, I mean let's be honest, yes they are big, but that is cos they are fat cnuts, anyway getting back on subject his stuff is pretty damn good, I think for the old frozen chicken tikka masala is about 70 baht.

Probably to do this properly you should fry some onions and other stuff to chuck in there, but I can't be bothered to do that.

Ok the microwave goes ding, get the masala out and give it a quick stir, then chuck it back in on high for 2 minutes, now is also a good time to stir the pasta and get rid of the bits that are burnt onto the bottom of the pan, I think you are probably supposed to stir it occasionally so it doesn't get burnt, but hell who can be bothered doing that, anyway if all goes well, which often it doesn't as bjs can take longer than 11 minutes and sometimes they want sex aswell it should turn out like this.

NO not like this, foking poxy pc, it should turn out like this.

Even stranger is that 'Big Joe' is in fact, fairly slim and is called John. Bizarre!

Well thanks for this recipe. It is handy when you are pissed too because it will look the same when it comes back up as it did when it went down.

You take me to Soi Yodsuck. I will surely show you how to make rice without a rice cooker. That one really blows their mind. I do a pilaf/kau mok. Have it with the Captains style Kebabs.
