Dil's piece of cake Mince Pies

1, Mix about 3 packs of butter with about 2/3s of a pack of flour and 100 g of caster sugar until you get a ball something like this.....

    2, preheat oven to 170

3,roll a circle of pastry with your hands and place into case, add mincemeat then cover with more pastry

4, beat an egg and brush the tops, your old toothbrush will do, nobody will know

5, place in oven for 20 mins

Tip: for a perfect timing, tell the missus your off down the boozer.....

    6, take out of oven

    7, inspect.....

    Perfick

    8, share

    Jobs a good un

    Happy Yuletide

Like char grilled ribs, the burn adds flavour.

The queen of hearts, she made some tarts,
and the king, much to his sorrow,
    he ate those tarts,

And thunderous farts resounded all the morrow.

It's funny to only know someone online and then see close-ups of their digits and hairy arms.
Your wife looks like a happy person, Dill, and there's not really that much more that one can ask for in life. Seasons greetings to you both.
