    With it's acidic content, you may find it useful for cleaning the floor tiles in the background. I'd say you have just about enough.

    For me its the complete opposite. The American version is much sweeter. Try the real Sri Racha sauce not a knock off. Its not sweet and the heat level is up to you when you buy it.

    I should also say that the export manager was extremely positive and responsive to all my questions over a max of 1.5 hours from initial point of contact.

    Hugh's special 10 minute recipe for Sriracha sauce. follow these directions and you can't go wrong.
    1: Jump in car.
    2: Drive to supermarket.
    3: Buy Sriracha sauce
    4: come home
    5: put in pantry for use as required
