    Pork Belly. What will I do with it.

    Picked up some pork belly in Villa today. Not sure why.





    Asked for 4 fingers worth, and comes in at 840grm.


    Would plan for something that would be ready to serve at 11.30 tonight for the Man U Liverpool game.

    Recommended recipes?

    Went for the easiest version.

    Slathered in olive oil, ground on salt and pepper, smidgen of thyme, then into the oven at 100 degree C for 4 hours.

    Then probably some soy sauce and grill to burn.

    Scoring the foker was fun.

    I would have gone with Stinker on this one although I would have boiled it for 30mins ,, this is how we do our ribs ,, so tender
