Vodka Melon

Cut a hole the size of the bottleneck into the melon. Open a bottle of Vodka and stick it into the hole. Let it rest for two days. Cut and serve.

I think it's better to take a bottle of cherries and empty out the liquid and fill it with EVERCLEAR. Let it sit for a week, month or whatever, DAMM that's a shot you cannot take too many of.

I wish I could get a bottle of Everclear.

Get a wheel of Stilton and do the same thing with a bottle of port.

I find the best way to cut the hole is to use the cap - just screw it in

and put the melon in the fridge before you cut up the party slices

vodka jellies are great too - substitute half the water for vodka and set in small cups for your jelly shots

I remember going to a big band camping show ( falls festival ) where they searched everything - ( though my mate was a panel beater so he could hide just about anything ) - but I took a 8 litre box of water , opened it up at the bottom , tookek the bladder out and filled it with vodka and then replaced and reglued - vodka on tap for the weekend and the hilarity of watching someone in the morning who did not know pour themselves a glass of water

Done that vodka jellies thing at a party years ago.

We couldn't afford the vodka so we used cheap white wine from the box.

No one noticed and it was a blindingly good party.

Strangest drink I've ever seen was "Rice wine with baby mice".

Immersed in this traditional Chinese and Korean health tonic are a bunch of little mice (no more than three days old) with closed eyes.

*Before you ask, no! I've never tried it *puke... I'm weird, but not that bloody weird! lol

Seen it, never tried it. I have tried the one they do with the snake heads, everytime they kill a snake (in the snake restaurant) they put the head in a very large jar of spirit from which the customers may purchase a shot. Some of those heads have been in there a LONG time.
I've drank the snake blood mixed with the venom and Baijeo (White spirit). Also the Bile ducts mixed with the spirit.
