    Dutch Oven

I bought this one. Just finished the initial seasoning process and will use it to make chili in the next few days.

Cast iron Dutch oven ? Passion Delivery

Well worth the money, it's frigging huge.

I'd love to have one. A big cast iron skillet too. Great for slow cooking in the oven, if it fits. You can buy them at True Value hardware in Pattaya and Bangkok.

    I want one.

Mines fire engine red enamel outside and a nice earthy cream inside.
Not at all gay as it only cooks man food.

The problem with those cast iron pots is they weigh a ton even before you start filling them up with meat and veg.

A bit like Samsonite suitcases before you pack your bikinis.

No wonder you can only get them from "Passion Delivery". However, if he's the guy I talked with on the phone, he seemed sort of ok.

Order your pan | Raro's Real Food Ramblings

But maybe he is busy now with his 'fast food' restaurant in Pattaya?
