Minced Lamb - Bangkok

Can anyone tell me where to get minced lamb in Bangers? Looking to try to recreate the UK Doner Kebab. Around Bang Kapi would be great but if not I can travel.

Never seen lamb mince, but tops sells lamb burgers, which are basically mince...

Just buy some lamb and get the meat cleavers out that's how we make our mince.
Only takes a few minutes,only place i can think off that might sale minced lamb is the food store at the Emporium or maybe Villa Market.

Macro sell frozen lamb shoulder (off the bone) for around 285 Baht a kilo.

The guys there will be more than happy to mince it for you. I normally buy it and ask one of the master *cough cough* butchers to use the band-saw thing to cut it in to thick steak slices for me.

The fat content in a shoulder should be perfect for mincing.
