Eggs are so pedestrian. Anyone can cook a fookin egg afterall (Master Chef TeakDoor 2014).
Lets deal with the producer, the world famous chicken!
Here's my easy spicy chicken stew.
You will need;
Chicken, any non inside bits will do.
Tomatoes
Large chillis of the not so hot kind
Stock
Tabasco
Salt
Pepper
Onions
garlic
Peas
Red wine
Bay
Basil
Thyme
This is a chunky stew, so all rough chopping into large bits. No finesse required.

Brown off the onions, garlic and chilli
With big chillis I tend to deseed as the pith is quite bitter.
Season and brown off your chook. Some say take the skin off, I say fuck that, the skin is the best bit.
Once it has some colour chop it into bits. Doesn't need to be done through, it will cook in the pot.
Into our pot with pepper, tobasco, basil, thyme (1/3 of the amount of basil)
Add a cup of chicken stock, couple of glugs of red wine, bring to the boil for a few minutes then reduce to a slow simmer. Grab some more wine.
And then Watson.....we wait.
