Peel any ripe fruit (Lamut&Papaya in this case), remove the kernels and dice them to go into the blender. Add a spoonful of honey, some real yoghurt (imported from Villa market in Bkk), water and crushed ice. Ground Koriander seeds or Cinnamon make interesting variations.
A drop of Sangsom is an optional refinement.
As a special treat, I topped up the plastic cup for the toothless old git who always turns up for these occasions with a generous shot of Rice-whisky.
