Done it twice now. No probs eating bacon and eggs and your fav cheese and still lose weight. Just drop the rice, bread and sugar. You still need some carbs for energy but fruit does the trick.

Render a good full rasher.....retain some of the fat.
Saute off a goodly amount of garlic.
Throw some rice in - stirfry.
Add corriander.

I'm not fat and i eat lots of cheese, and bread and whatever actually.
One could argue about quality of consumption over quantity.....
But overall, agreeable about the amount of food taken.
Not a healthy aspect.
Important to remember, all the crap "food" that is acceptable and passable as "food".
Observe those [as civilisations] whom eat shit and you will find the unhealthiest folks.
