Firstly we go hunting in the fridge to see what we can find.

Very important to use a good quality Pizza base so pay the extra coin for one.
I prefer to use a small 8 inch thin crust base.
The first part of the operation is to brush the base with Italian herbs pasta sauce. I'm using a Pizza machine so at this stage I spray the Pizza base with an extra light olive oil so it does not stick to the machine.
You keep whiskey in your fridge?
I get quite imaginative when I cook and tend to use many different ingredient in small amounts so lets run through them. Chopped garlic, Chilly, Cheese, beans, Broccoli, Brussels sprout, Mushrooms, Anchovies,Spanish stuffed green olives, Yellow capsicum, Sun dried tomatoes, Cherry tomato and quality olive oil.
So do I, but I'm more concerned about what Eristoff is! Sounds like some Russian wanking vodka that repels mosquitoes!Originally Posted by patsycat
Prepare all ingredient wash and chop.
On to cutting board # 2 keep washing cutting and preparing the ingredient.
Ok then, I'm ready to start making my Pizza. I've sprayed the base with Olive oil, added the Italian herb pasta sauce, chopped garlic and Yellow capsicum.
Keep building the Pizza.
Don't be shy now, keep throwing on the goodies.
Looking good so far, Terry.
The operation is completed with a handful of Cheese and then a liberal dose of cracked black peppers.
This is my new Pizza maker and I have Pre heated it to 180 deg ready to accept my Lovely Pizza.
Whack down the lid and get the stop watch out. Cooking time is governed by the amount of ingredient and temperature of the cook and for this cook I'm giving it 18 minutes because of the relatively low cooking temperature.
At this stage I like to wash up all the dishes as I really don't like to have a nice meal and then have to clean up all the mess.

And 18 minutes latter I chow down on my healthy Pizza.
Usually I only eat half and have the rest the next day reheated in the oven. Yes very nice it is too but I'd had a few of those Scotch's in my fridge and got the munchies so I ended up with this quarter for lunch.
A very important part of cleaning the cooking stone is to only wash it in clean fresh water and under no circumstances use any detergents what so ever. The cooking stone is porous and if contaminated the detergents will be carried over to the next cook. In other words its shagged.
I'm very impressed with my little Pizza maker considering it cost me the grand sum of $70 AUD. Hope you enjoyed watching me making the pizza. Cheers.
Did indeed.Hope you enjoyed watching me making the pizza. Cheers
