As a boy I used to love ox tail soup so I thought I'd give it a go.
Went to one of the local slaughter houses (more of a hut) and bought the tail.
Weghed in at 2 kg 300 gm. Probably about 500 grammes of meat if I'm lucky.
160 baht!
Anyway, as a young boy I used to 'bone and roll' pigs for a living.
