The Caps Authentic Tom Yum Goong Pee Set.

Hi everyone. I bet that you never even considered that I was a dab hand in the old kitchen. Well feast your eyes on what I knocked up for my dinner tonight and I guarantee that you will be hungry by the time you finish reading this post.

The Cap's Authentic Tom Yum Goong Pee Set

    A recipe.

First off, you will need a saucepan, herein after referred to as the pot.

Next you will need to bung some water in the pot. Concentrate now coz this is the only tricky bit. Too much water and you will make too much Tom Yum Goong Pee Set. Too little water and you will never get the pot clean again.

Light the gas under the pot with the water in it. Get a grown up to do this bit coz grown ups are good at doing stuff like this.

Within a few minutes you will notice that the water in the pot gets all bubbly and really hot. This is called boiling and is quite ok.

Next you will need to go to the4 cupboard and get out the Authentic Tom Yum Goong packet. You may need to get a chair to reach.

When the water is 'boiling' you can then add the noodles from the packet. Be careful to retrieve the special packet wrapped in plastic inside first.

    Have ready some extra ingrediants.

The best ingredients for this dish are chopped up bits of fish, squid and prawns without their heads and shells. (see pic above)

Simply add the extra ingredients to the pot...........being careful to not let the camera lense get fogged up like I did.

We are nearly done. All you need to do now is stir it with a spoon while it simmers for 3 minutes then add the secret ingredients from the special plastic doodah that you retrieved before adding the noodles and if you like it a bit hot then use some extra dried chilli flakes that will also be in the cupboard. Next to the soy sauce and bottle of chilli sauce with the salt and pepper.

The sachet on the left is the special oil, the one in the middle is the secret flavour one and the chillies are in the bottle thingie.

If you have got it right so far the pot should look like this.

Now remember, let it simmer for just 3 minutes before pouring it into your soup bowl ready to serve. It should look like this.

Now it is ready to eat. Dig in. You can add more chillies if you like but you will only be showing off coz it is mofo hot already.

Minutes later you will have a bowl like this.

And if you are like me you will be sweating and belching and saying, "I couldnt fit another thing in."

    Belch.

    Enjoy folks.

I would have just loved to be there. CS rewarding himself with 2 beers because he got the packet open without spilling too much on the floor, that he spilled I bet he threw back in the pot. Cause heat kills.

Now you've built up a fan base Cap, I expect to see more exotic dishes not to mention a buxom, yet foolishly under-dressed assistant. Preferrably a girl!
