    Wanted, Saure Sülze recipe

    Had My first taste of Saure Sülze a week or so ago. Loved it, and I tried to replicate it myself yesterday. It was okay, but not as good as I'd hoped. As much as I Google it I cannot find a recipe in English. So by chance, someone may be able to assist on this forum? Thanks

    You can buy the pigs heads in Tesco already cooked. Depends what jelly they use and how that is spiced to make the difference I guess. When I tried it, it made me gag but there again, i take the jelly out of pork pies as well for the same reason.

    I dunno, I've never had pork terrine. But thank you for the hint. I'll give the terrine a go. At least it looks similar.
