Still doing light n fluffy white, as it's delicious. Quite basic and one I'm sure you're all experienced in.
3/4 cup water. 1/4 cup milk.
tbls sugar and tspn salt.
yeast.
1/4 cup of veg oil.
3 cups of flour.
Knead, sit for an hour, knead, sit for 30 min.
Into your oven for 30 min at 175c.
