    Aussie Strip-loin Yakisoba.

Talk about cheap, quick n' easy. You can tell it's Thursday night.

Aussie strip-loin taken out of deep-freeze in the morning. Non of yer fancy-schmancy marinading. Rubbed in freshly ground black pepper and that's it.

Roughly chopped onion, baby corns, green beans, carrot and a crushed garlic clove into the wok. Soi sauce and oyster sauce added. Then yer noodles.

While yer stir-frying that, schtick yer steak onto yer hotplate.

Serve with a nice cold Erdinger.

    Quick n cheap n easy.

Yakisoba is one of my favorites. Are you sure there's not more too it than the above ingredients? I thought you needed a special yakisoba sauce?

Apparently all you need to make that Yakubu sauce is rice wine, soi sauce and sugar.
