    Happy 85th

My dear Mum topped her 85 Th year yesterday. She's still living a happy and healthy life in the party central, Surfers QLD.
She doesn't get out at night anymore but shakes the trendy restaurants up in Main beach on occasion during the day, Still drives down the coast to Ballina (200km) regularly to see freinds.
Picture taken with two of her 6 Granddaughters at Sheraton Marina Mirage.
There can’t be good living where there is not good drinking

Congrats to your Mum PP what a lovely radiant look for her age .

To be honest mate looks spookily similar to my Mum at that age.

I,m sure looking as fit as she does she will have many more , good on her !

Absolutely fantastic Peter and she does look great for her age.

My parents are both in their mid eighties as well and going strong.

    Great stuff.

    Good on the ol' girl.

Having watched a bit of that 'Immigration' doco on the Aussie Network, she must have seen a few changes in her 85 years.

I believe PP's mum would of spent the early years of her life in New Zealand.

PP, your fortunate to have your Mother still around. Miss mine. Best wishes for continued health and many more happy high quality of life years for her... and PP, spend some time with her when you can, there will be a day when you wish you had spent more time with her.

She doesn't look a year past 70 - great piccie and Happy Birthday.

My granddad is 96 and still sound as a pound. Zero traces of senility apart from being a little hard of hearing and still does the gardening.

If Dame Edna saw your mum she'd scratch her eyes out with envy. What a cracker.

    Tea and crumpet, my favourite
