    Lactulose

    Anyone knows wether lactulose is available in Thailand? (FYI: lactulose is a synthetic, non-digestible sugar used in the treatment of chronic constipation.). Thanks!

    I find Issan style papaya salad with land crabs and rotten fish is great for loosening the bowels.

    OK, I'll try again. My daughter needs the stuff on prescription and rather than flying it over to Thailand I would like to buy it locally if possible.

    Could be a silly question, have you tried Boots?

    apart from chemists and hospitals i wouldn't have a clue, hope someone else on here is more helpful!
