| The Extremely Fascinating Babies & Children Thread* *Idea shamelessly nicked. Right, seems to me that there's a fair number of members on here with children (PP with his little ones, NR and her boy, Cujo has a wee chappie... and so on). So the idea of this thread is to shamelessly and smugly discuss anything and everything to do with your children that you like (as parents are want to do and hopefully with the added benefit of annoying those without children in that way only shameless and smug parents can Firstly a health warning: 'Breast Milk - Officially Fattening' Here's a pic of my boys not long after we'd got them home, 6wks premature and all that, clearly they weren't the biggest. | ^ quite serious. reason i'm here in fact. escapism from the injustice of the children's act coupled with a mental breakdown caused by provisions of said act led me on a strange path as far as chiang mai. |

| I was kinda, secretly, hoping for a girl. Especially when we found out it was twins, a boy and a girl would've been perfect. But that being said I could do without the hassles of teenaged girls - or to be specific the hassles of teenaged girls with teenaged boys. I was a teenaged boy once and no matter how polite and respectful they are to parents you know the coniving little fockers are only after one thing! |

It's entirely irrational though, I've got two little things at home that spend their entire time just lying there being useless, depriving me of sleep or crying and demanding feeding, nappy-changes and attention. All that and I love them. Odd. | |
