    Pattaya to Cambodia best way?

What is the best way on bike to travel to the Cambodian border? How long and what border? I read some of the post about Prum and others? Some nice place to stay overnight near the cost on way back on the Thai side?

3 hours drive, head from Pattaya to Chanthaburi, just past Chanthaburi is a T junction, turn left, Pong Nam Ron is about 30 to 40km and there is a choice of 3 border points there including Prum, beaches all you got are those from Chanthaburi to Ban Chang, ie about 50 of them.

Take that route 318 all the way to Hat Lek, cross there. There's a fairly new bridge over to Koh Kong. From Koh Kong there's a nice new road going all the way to the main hwy to PP or Snookyville. Not much along the way so fill your tank in Koh Kong.
    Definitely a pretty ride.
On the way back I stayed in Bang Katchai. Found a nice bungalow hotel on the beach, stayed a couple days. Forget the name but there was pier next to it. Ate fresh crabs everyday from a lady on the pier. Absolutely delicious. There was also a guy on the main street through Bang Katchai who fixed a mean American style hamburger. He's a Thai guy who lived in LA for 30 years. Interesting place to stop.

I am not that a good rider just want to go to the border and stay in Chantaburi for a day and then go back. Next time i will be in for a longer ride.
