I'm not sure what the procedure for gaining access to the Navy base is, but it can be done through the right channels.

The Navy also has a very cheap and very difficult golf course on the Sukhumvit Road in Bang Saria. Caddy 59 is my favorite hole there.

Golf course is public. Loads of falang there. Caddy 46 is ok too, half chinese, the bottom half I think.
