Chantaburi-looking for land

British expat 20 yrs in Thailand. Fed up with Pattaya area. Need absolute 2 Rai min to whatever Rai, not creepy rubber farm and within 100 kms or so from Rayong. 1~1.2 m THB. Prefer mountain with river areas, not too far from s'vit. With or without building.

Only land I know of at the moment is 3 rai down by the beach for 3mil and he will not cut the rai up...........

we were there over Xmas and met an agent who deals in 'land for sale, condo rental/sales', Thai lady with (?) Swedish husband; seemed ok we're going back to look around next month.
