Bang Saen Condo

Hi all - just joined the forum. I'll be moving to Bang Saen around August 2012. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom condo with a an outdoor pool close to the beach - preferably with a view - around 20,000 baht to 30,000 baht per month. Any recommendations?.

I don’t think you’ll find a condo (with pool and view of the water) along Bang Saen’s beach. I visit Bang Saen often and have never seen any condo’s for rent, like what you’re looking for.

But Bang Saen is only a short stretch of beach. You might be able to find something just north of Bang Saen in Chonburi.

Two suggestions:

First rent a room here for a couple weeks and then go check the area for something you like: Pacific Park Hotel & Resident - Sriracha Chonburi , Service Apartment | Hotel

It is along Bang Saen’s beach. I used to visit the beach every week and I used to see some guy (same time, same place every time I passed) that would walk out of this resort and sit by the beach every day, reading (he must have worked out something long term). Just a little warning,..this isn’t like a resort you might imagine. There’s a pool, but I’ve never seen anyone in it.

If I was you, I'd check out the Diamond Hotel. It's exactly what you are looking for but a hotel. I know of a large (3/4 bedroomed) town house set back from the beach which gives a good sea view from the roof top garden - 15,000bt a month rent!
