Thailands Zoos and animals The forum to tell us about your visits to the tiger temples in Kanchanaburi or the tiger zoo in Sri Racha, crocodile farms in Pattaya & Bangkok, Thai elephant kraals in Ayutthaya & Phuket, Panda bears in Chiang Mai zoo. Thailand has many zoo's and wildlife sanctuaries and quite often you can get the oppurtunity to eat crocodile eggs, or emu steaks and many other exoctic dishes, so post the pictures and videos to share here.

New addition to the family (Rattus colossus)

I don't usually like small dogs but constant pressure from the GF and a deal having to be made, have made me give in and finance a Shih tzu.

The newest member of our family arrived Monday morning at 6. (Prasarn's Bonds of love) born on the 2 of July-09 a little boy who was promptly renamed Juno.

Monday evening after the GF had enjoyed day one she took of to Uttradit on a previously planned one week holiday, and has left me with the task of looking after the little critter (pretty clever of her, no!!)

Anyway up until now besides the frequent need for attention all is good, no accidents indoors and relations with my imported European 7 pedigree mut Thyra is all going well, Thyra is a very mild tempered dog so I really was not worried about that as much as my GF who thought that Thyra might fancy a quick snack.

One other thing that is working out OK is the collar with a small bell we have put on Juno, I was worried that I would accidentally step on him since I am not used to something that small between my feet all the time, and it works I can hear him when he comes up behind my feet.

The GF bought a massive cage so I have a place to put him when I need to have my attention elsewhere, so all in all Juno and I am good, I think I will even be able to sneak out for a couple of cold ones a night or two
