She is absolutely covered in bites poor thing....
What can I do now anyone?

take her to the local vet for an injection
What type of mites? Mange mites? Ticks? Lice? Fleas?
As I said in the other thread, the Ivomec dosages were wrong, it's possible you've been giving her too little.
Agree with DrA. Get her to the vet.
NB Should be 1cc per 15kg injected subcutaneously, 1cc per 10kg if given orally.

I have taken her to several vets and they have charged me a fortune for medications without success. Harrell is sending me some mitomax. Hope it works.
My other pooch has got them now....so has my GF!
The mother had Mange so it is probably systemic. Four Pups she had. Three have died.
It may never get better I am told.......
might be crabs mate...Originally Posted by Luckydog

Honey isn't getting any more outbreaks of those horrid Mites. But you can see where they were. Dozens of black spots on her body and neck remain. Hope they go eventually. If I could only have bought mitomax in Pattaya earlier it would have saved me a fortune in Vets (crooks) bills.......
^ Now I have an excuse for being ornery.
My mother inlaw had the same problem and one of the locals told her to rub in paraffin that didn't work very well it died two days later. So don't try that.
I don't think it's so much 'poison' as was quoted in the article, as specific diseases. Certain diseases can be transferred by certain types of ticks. Seems very common in North America, transferred by the deer tick. How prevalent diseases caused by ticks that affect humans are in Asia, I have no idea. I do know that I've been bitten by ticks many, many times. Maybe I've just been lucky so far.
