I usually have a couple of bottles of Leo every other night (the mrs likes a glass too) or sometimes chang. I don't buy cases as It is too easy to crack on and the locals can smell them a mile away!

I like to slip up to the top of the soi about 5 or 6 pm on the scooter and find 4 beers and a bag of ice fits perfectly in the basket. I have a special spot under a cool tree and I just installed some misters on a reticulation line to cool the place down a bit if there's no breeze. These things are awasome!

The sound of a couple of cold ones jangling in the basket is special to me, like a wind chime to some. I must remember to ask my pshycologist mate what that means.....

If I get someone drop by it is only 5 minutes to pick up some more. I do this for the two months I'm home but virtually give it up for the 2 months I'm at work.

Buadhai, I wouldn't worry about it, you run and cycle and if it makes you happy then I think it can't be bad, A pleasurable ritual that makes life great.

Lets face it, you could end up like Kerux bashing away at a keyboard all day with veins popping out of your head

Are we talking Large bottles, I tend to agree with butterfly a bit. That does sound on the heavy side if it's every night, I've probably had about less than 20 bottles of beer this year

well, we all need our drugs, reality sucks. It's still walking on a thin line but we don't always realize it. I lost a few friends here due to drinking.

And drinking too much leads to depression, that's the best part. Then you can get hooked on your meds.

actually i try to rely more on otter drugs cos than u dont need to drink at all ('cepting water!) and you can go all night... and all day !

Who said they're dead? Maybe he just lost them when he was out drinking. Happen's to me a lot. Same with mobile phones, cars, children, etc.

I only drink when I'm out with chums. I drink less than I used to, mainly due to being sick of the crap they try to pass off as beer here.

I haven't had a drink for nearly 3 weeks actually, but I have a feeling that will change on Saturday...

I'm going to buy me a carton of Coopers Stout next week as well.

6-12 beers depending on whether or not I smoke while drinking. Depends on how many people are around; less people = less beer.

By myself I rarely drink unless I'm playing games online; then it might be 2 per hour for maybe 6 max. On most nights I only use alcohol in cooking.

In a restaurant with good prices I might consume several boilermakers or several Long Island Iced Teas depending on how well they are made (I generally prefer to make them myself at home if I have the right ingredients).
