How much booze do you drink?

I'm finding now that I'm starting to gradually drink more and more.

Before I came to Thailand (6months ago) I was hardly drinking anything but now I'm getting back to my old ways (ie: an alcy, alco, wino whatever..) - probably on the juice 3 to 4 times a wk now.

This I put down mainly to boredom and frustration (with the job) although sometimes it is purely for fun.

I don't drink massive amounts - ie: only about 3-4 large beers and a bit of whisky and I always have a smoke as well (ie: of ganga)

Can't see too much of a problem with this at the moment but it's definitely a case of the booze and dope propping up my attempted campaign of having a good time over here.

take away the booze, dope and birds and I would be bored shitless.

Anyone else in the same boat and how much do you drink/smoke?

3-4 bottles when I do imbibe.....big bottles that is, normally including 2 Changs

2 or 3 beers a night, and a smoke. Always stop before 9pm unless I am out on the town with Marmers, then I dont smoke either.

half a bottle of scotch perday and 2 packs of fags, no ganga for me as it makes me paranoid.....

ps - I find drinking gets in the way of doing things, so I only drink these days if I have nothing to do.

One binge per week. (4-5 beers or glasses of wine)

The other 6 days - nothing.

310 alcohol free days in 2005
265 alcohol free days in 2004

Maybe a beer or two every so often. Some rot gut whiskey when the mood strikes (rarely) a few hits off pinner every couple a days. Good whiskey? when I can. If the beer was better, the good whiskey or cognac cheaper, it might be more often, but that ain't the case.
Pack to pack and a half of smoke a day though.

I drink about the same as always - four or five cans of beer per night plus a tot of whiskey now and then.

I'd hate to lose my beer gut and have to invest in a new wardrobe....

I get paranoid if a smoke ganga WITHOUT any booze that's for sure - that's where the whisky comes in - sorts the paranoia right out.

My job involves quite a bit of drinking, 2-3 days a week we drink at lunch with visitors to the office, usually 2 big bottles, same amount of nights of week, including weekends, I would say about 20 big bottles of Singha or Chang, plus some wine and vodka...you get used to it over time.

what? paranoid that you smoke and drink too much?

I don't drink alcohol - haven't for over 10 years unless you count the occasional slurp outa wolf's beer bottle when I am thirsty and lazy to walk over to the fridge for water

I smoke about a pack a day though

At most only about 10 oz's of alcohol a week or so. I'm a lightweight and my body hasn't been 'processing' booze well for about the last few months...

Geez, I used to smoke some ganja, but then I discovered that afterwards I couldn't stop eating. Had to give it up. In the end, beer was less fattening than dope.

My usual after-smoke snack was: a huge bowl of ice cream smothered in granola and topped with steaming hot fudge. I ate this like a horse at a feed bag.
