A nice hot cup of tea is my favorite tipple but only at home. When in a bar here I order lager not because it is my favorite drink simply because it is a lot easier. I would prefer a good English pint but when in Rome I am not a big spirits man although a nice single malt hits the spot but not out on the town

Back in England, it would be a nice pint of Theakstons Best, Blacksheep, or a well kept pint of John Smiths, on hand pull, (not that awful John Smiths Smooth, a supposedly universal beer, that reminds me of Watneys Red Barrel of years gone by). In Thailand I enjoy Chang, Tiger and surprisingly the new Archa beer. And there is nothing wrong with a nice gin and tonic in a large glass with plenty of ice and a good squeeze of lime!

Iced coffee, diet coke or water. Will drink Thai whisky and coke if pushed. For birthdays, Christmas and new year - Tequila or, if available, Mezcal and Tia Maria slammers

As the poll results indicate most people do with anything for me its the whisky. As I sit in here a few minutes past the new year I thought to get some info. on traveling places this year. Well great to be in the wine cellar actually a place thats highly favorable for me. My wife does not always appreciate it but I just cant help it. Especially on the New Year day it has to be with me!
