    Sri Guru Singh Sabha Bangkok

The last few days I was lucky enough visit some Indian temples located in the midst of BKK. The first one followed the Sikh philosophy.

First, the shoes had to come off. As luck would have it, I was on the wrong side. But, they allowed me to place my shoes on the floor anyway.

    This is the main priest.

These ladies volunteer their time to feed and clean after every prayer.

I was rather concerned about entering the Hindu's temple.

I had to rethink my position.

Well, obviously, McDonalds was not on the menu!

I used to work in a plant in the UK where I was one of the few white faces amongst a crowd of Sikhs. They were a pretty good bunch, hard working and liked a drink.

In India they are the butt of jokes in the same way that people in the UK joke about the Irish.
    Lord, deliver us from e-mail.
