I wasn't sure if this should be here or in travel, anyway here goes.

We went out for a bit of a run on the bikes and headed down the back road for the Laos border. You go through a border crossing which seems to be forgotten.

And then past this little place were they're smuggling stuff into or out Laos.

And then on the left, up a little hill was this place.

Big deal. Just an old shed.

You're right it's just an old abandoned shed. But check out these views.

boats up and down to Luang Prabang all day. Gives you something to look at.

Electric lines follow the road so that shouldn't be a problem.
Water, yes well....... pun intended. It'll be a bloody deep one.

I'm sure these issues can be resolved. The first thing is to find out who "really" owns it and what the paper works like. Secondly, will they sell, and, last but not least, how much
