    Phitsanulok

I shall be driving up to Chiang Mai for Songkram and want to break the journey at Phitsanulok. Can anybody recommend any places to stay there? Never been there before, so any advice would be appreciated.

Ahem! I studied in the University there for 4 years. Yes,, I mean Phitsanulok. If you look for a hotel to say, I'll recommend Amarin Nakorn Hotel which is in the center of Phitsanulok city. Nice room and it's about 600 Baht a night.

If you like natural, hmm.. Wang Nam Yen Resort is a good choice also about 800-1000 Baht a night, it's not far from waterfalls also but I don't confirm if they waterfalls are good still.

When I go to Phits I stay at the PhuKird on the bypass or at Litahi Building in the town centre.
