    Climbing a Waterfall with Luigi.

We all like to get wet now and again.

About 30Km north of Chiang Mai, BuaTong Waterfall, also known as sticky waterfall.

    Because the rocks are sticky.

Starting the day off with New Hotel Receptionist.

    We all need sustenance.

Though I'll pass on that version of it.

On ze bike and off ve go.

It's in a national park but it's all free.... free... freeee.

20 baht for a locker to shove yer smelly shoes and socks into.

    And off ya go.

    The descent into hell.

NHR on the right giving some advice to 2 young diplomatic secretaries to the Ugandan ambassador, and some local pervo hitting on them.

    Ahh, back along to civilization.

And the delight of microwaved Mexican food.

If you like hot, wet, sticky things. You know where to go to.

So is this classed as 'watersports' in the Luigi book of Love-making?

We watched a video on you tube about this waterfall last week.

Didn't realise the rock was sticky, thought it looked damn dangerous in the video.

A vlogger/utuber riding around Thailand on his motorbike, fluent in Thai and following a lady in a swimsuit with a camera up the waterfall.

Think he was from Finland, could have been Italy though with that accent

    Nice one Lulu!

Thanks for sharing. Have saved it in my "things to do in Thailand" favorites file, will go there when we come back. Looks like rainy season is the time to go.
We are in Khon Kaen and will need a place to stay, can you recommend the place you stayed at?
Your breakfast looks great, exactly what I would had chosen.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

Glad the rocks are 'sticky' as opposed to deadly slippery like most other falls in Thailand.

Some nice views, Lu. Especially the Gazelle-like creatures in post #6.

If you've never been to CM and come up here, gimme a shout first before ye book anywhere or choose to do/not to do something.

They are. Was actually just like wearing rock climbing boots, if you've ever worn them, even though yer in yer bare paws.

Looks like a husband and wife with 2 kids. The girls have the same skinny legs as Mom too

Got any more photos of this hotel worker, Barry?

And if this waterfall is so sticky, then whats with all the ropes?

Nice pics and looks like a nice hours excursion. Shame there's no pool at the bottom to swim in, or will there be when the rains come?
